Starry Sweet 16
This cupcake order was for a Sweet 16 with a celebrity red carpet theme. The colors were silver, black, and white and the whole place was decorated with stars, magazines, and of course a red carpet. The cupcakes were silver, black, and white and the stars were impressed with the nickname of the birthday girl.
The extra large cupcake on top was just for the birthday girl! All cupcakes were chocolate or butter pound.

Pink Cadillac Cake
What a special cake this is! If you are familiar with the company Mary Kay, than you might also know about the pink Cadillac. It is a car that consultants can earn as a prestigious symbol of their achievement in their business. The requester of this cake did not specify what they wanted the cake to be, but we knew this would be perfect.
The cake was finished off with the unit name and symbol (the angel), and of course the MK of Mary Kay Inc. Cake was marble and could serve up to 30-35 ppl.

Eclipse Cake
This cake was for a special little girl's Twilight party. Although I had never seen Twilight, the napkin was given to us for inspiration. The colors are burgundy and grey. Fondant covered the top tier and half of the bottom tier with some black buttercream appearing underneath, to add to the color scheme and theme of Twilight.
Top is 6" and bottom is 8".

LOVE Park Cake
I wish we had more pictures of this cake to show you! This was an almond 12" bridal shower cake. The bridal party contacted us to make a cake with the Love Park sign on it, since that is the theme for the bride's wedding. That was pretty much the extent of our instruction, but with the sign placed on it and the wedding date included, we decided to complete the wedding look with cornelli lace design.
They, and we, were very happy with the way it turned out!

Wine and Latte Bridal Shower
A growing request for us has been cupcake displays! It can be simpler than cutting a cake and yet can be as beautiful as a cake. This event in particular was for a bridal shower where the color scheme was latte and wine. The cupcakes were chocolate pound and butter pound.
The heart toppers were fondant and impressed with the bride and groom's first initials, a personal touch that did not go unnoticed!
Congratulations Jazmin!

Casino Nights
This is one of the first cakes we made together. It was a surprise cake for a 22nd birthday and was a delicious red velvet flavor with cream cheese filling. The cake was frosted in buttercream.
The birthday girl was going to Atlantic City so the theme was easy. We had poker chips, and all the elements of casino you could ask for. What a great birthday surprise!

Castle fit for a Princess
This was another look alike cake request. The cake was a four year old's birthday party with a Disney princess theme. Although we didn't get pictures, the girl's mother had princess candles to place all over the castle. This would be the perfect cake for your little princess, regardless of the theme. Here is the back of the cake.
Cake was red velvet with cream cheese frosting, fondant, and plastic pillars covered in fondant, gumpaste number. Everything is edible but the pillars!
This is the original picture sent. If this is your picture please let us know here.

Welcome Baby!
This was our first baby shower order, however the baby arrived before the shower! No reason to waste a good party so the celebration continued. The only instruction that was given was to use hot pink and lime green as part of the color scheme. We went with a quilted look around the sides of the cake, tiling two colors of pink. Then we had lime green and pink rattles, diaper pins, and bottled around the sides. They loved the cake and baby Catalina was celebrated in style!

Princess Crown Cake
There are some orders that we receive that are requests of cakes they found on the internet. In these cases we usually get one picture and that's it. There's usually no picture of the back and never any instructions. But we welcome these orders! Every copy-cat cake we make is a new challenge to figure out structure and get the design to mimic the original as best as possible. So with this design, we did change a little from the original but it was so close to the picture that the customer and we were very happy with it.
Cake was red velvet with cream cheese filling, covered in fondant, sugar pearls, and topped with a gum paste crown.
This is the original picture that was sent.
We looked all over the internet to give credit to the artist, but we couldn't find it. If this is yours tell us.
